"After calling several auto insurance companies, Statefarm Insurance Agent, Shaughne was the only person gave me an affordable auto insurance on three vehicles. Shaughne was knowledgeable of the auto info. He gave me options. He even waited on Me as a teacher to answer all my questions and concerns. Plus I didn’t have wait a week for insurance cards. He emailed me the cards the same day before we got off the call. Statefarm this is what I call impeccable service. Again, thank you Shaughne!!!!!"

"I will admit that after being a State Farm customer for several years I went with another agency. "I've been with this State Farm office for more than 30 years, originally with Bruce, and now with Andy. I've always received excellent service, so this is just a great office all around. I mostly connect with Shaughne and sometimes with Jackie - both of them are terrific. Our family currently has multiple cars insured with State Farm, plus our main home, a second home we recently inherited, and now two sons needing rental insurance for college dorms. I feel like I talk to the State Farm office all the time. Honestly, I have Shaughne saved in my phone and he's always ready to help! I'm not sure if I'm his favorite customer or a total PITA, but either way, Shaughne, Jackie, and Andy are always so kind and always happy to help. And let's be honest, insurance is expensive no matter where you go and no one is really happy about handing money over to some big insurance company for something you may or may not need. But since I have to have it, I at least appreciate their can-do, service-with-a-smile attitude! You can't go wrong with this office!"
